STAMP & SIGN ("we," "our," or "us") offers subscription-based services with different pricing plans. This Refund Policy is in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and our Terms for Buyers, which allows customers to cancel their contract and return the product within 14 days of purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Subscription Plans

Our Service offers the following subscription options:

  • Free Plan: No charge, limited features (1 stamped PDF per day)
  • Pro Plan: $9.99/month recurring subscription
  • 1-Day Trial: $1.99 for 24-hour access to Pro features

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1. Pro Plan Monthly Subscription

For monthly Pro Plan subscriptions ($9.99/month):

  • In accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and our Terms for Buyers, you have the right to cancel your contract and return the product within 14 days of the initial subscription or renewal
  • Refund time window: 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal
  • Service usage is automatically verified through your account activity in your personal dashboard
  • Refund eligibility is determined by checking if you have uploaded files, applied stamps, processed documents, or used any Pro features
  • If your account shows any usage activity (document uploads, stamp applications, or document processing), the purchase becomes non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of the billing period
  • Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately

3.2. 1-Day Trial

For 1-Day Trial purchases ($1.99):

  • In accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and our Terms for Buyers, you have the right to cancel your contract and return the product within 14 days of purchase
  • Refund time window: 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Service usage is verified through your account activity in your personal dashboard
  • Refund eligibility is determined by checking if you have uploaded files, applied stamps, processed documents, or used any Pro features
  • If your account shows any usage activity (document uploads, stamp applications, or document processing), the purchase becomes non-refundable
  • To request a refund, go to your Account Settings → Subscription Management and verify that no service activity is recorded

3.3. Free Plan

The Free Plan is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already used or consumed
  • PDF documents that have been processed and exported
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility period
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms and Conditions

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your STAMP & SIGN account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings or Subscription Management
  3. Click "Request Refund" or contact our support team
  4. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  5. Wait for processing (typically 5-10 business days)

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time beyond our processing period.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining unused portion of the billing period after cancellation
  • To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving disputes amicably.

9. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized use of your payment method

All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
