STAMP & SIGN is a web-based service that allows users to apply digital stamps and signatures to PDF documents. The service provides tools for creating custom stamps and applying them to documents. Please note that stamps and signatures applied through this service do not carry legal force and are for convenience purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious software or attempt to compromise the Service

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with 1 stamped PDF per day
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month for unlimited document processing
• 1-Day Trial: $1.99 for 24-hour access to Pro features

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. No Legal Force

IMPORTANT: Stamps and signatures applied through STAMP & SIGN do not carry legal force. They are digital representations for convenience purposes only. For legally binding documents, you must use official methods recognized by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by STAMP & SIGN and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

STAMP & SIGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
